The North Face declares "This Land is Your Land"

All of us at Outdoor Alliance are really impressed with the North Face’s new “This Land is Your Land” campaign. Don’t take our word for it, see for yourself.

My Morning Jacket’s rendition of the Woody Guthrie classic was great. Cinematography? Well, no surprises there. What really made this thing pop was the way TNF fused this content with some very generous philanthropy, subtle yet unambiguous political flexing, and great timing. With all the recent news, from New Mexico Senator Martin Heinrich and others, about the values of federal public lands in the face of state takeover efforts, it is high time for a reminder that this land is indeed our land.

Public lands belong to all Americans, wherever we live and whoever we are. Experiencing these places in a meaningful way is a big part of who we are as a nation, and a big part of fostering the next generation of conservation stewards.

We would like to thank TNF for doing such a great job capturing this.
