5:15 pm – 6:00 pm: Lobby Team prep | Area near Capitol Hill

8:00 pm: DC monuments bike tour | Smithsonian metro stop, meet near the Capital Bikeshare
To use Capital Bikeshare for the tour, download the app to buy a day pass ($10 + fees). A $10-20 tip for the tour guide, David Starry, is recommended.
